I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow next day to ship. Shipping time is determined at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

There is a problem with my order, can it be returned?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@esaathings.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

TheDecorKart.com may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. esaathings.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the services.

3. PRODUCT

3.1. esaathings.com enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company's policy, which may be changed by esaathings.com from time to time.

3.2. In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +1 (250) 460-1351 (9AM-9PM) or write to us on info@esaathings.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measure may be taken to address the issue

3.3 Incase the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.
